In collaboration with Little Bear Builders, the Midwood Terrace Project began as a new construction spec home with beautiful bones and endless potential. Our goal was to layer in thoughtful transitional details that would give the home warmth, character, and a sense of history — as if it had gracefully stood on this street for decades.

From the moment you enter, barreled archways soften the architecture and create a sense of timeless flow. A hand-selected limestone fireplace anchors the main living space, bringing texture and old-world charm. In the kitchen, custom inset cabinetry elevates the design, blending classic craftsmanship with modern functionality. Carefully curated finishes, tailored millwork, and layered materials throughout the home create depth and refinement without feeling overly formal.

The result is a home that feels collected, inviting, and enduring — a true classic charmer that balances new construction precision with the soul of a historic residence.
